Deliveries within the UK Mainland typically arrive within 2–4 working days from the date of order.

Express delivery may arrive within 1–4 working days, depending on your location.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate.

THE LIVIA CLUB will not be held responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by the courier

  • Lost parcels or parcels marked as delivered (mailbox, safe place, or doorstep)

  • Shipping fees lost due to customer errors

International shipping rates start from £18 depending on the destination.

  • If a package is returned due to unpaid customs charges, the customer must pay the shipping cost again for re-delivery.
